"Worst customer service I have ever received. Very first time shopping in North Carolina and at this location and was accused of stealing. No associate check our merchandise or our receipt. They had asset protection at the door and didn’t check anything until I called 1800 walmart to make a complaint. Ask them to speak to a manager, and all the managers are in a meeting."

"Walmart is always a one stop shop great for getting supplies you may need for various reasons. These days the shelves are scarce and prices are higher."

"Walmart really needs to address its hiring practices. These stores are being staffed by lazy people who don't want to help anybody. You have to bag your own stuff (last I checked I wasn't getting paid by Walmart as a bagger), then you have to be harassed by somebody who stands at the door demanding a receipt (you wanna see my receipt, eyeball it as you hand it across after tallying my stuff and bagging it at checkout, not at the door because I ain't stopping for your a$$). These stores are quickly becoming a dumpster fire; if you have the means shop mom & pop... if you don't have the means, consider moving to a less populated cesspool. I'll drive hours out of my way before I'll ever shop at Walmart again."

"I am an elderly Black male and retired military. I spend a lot of money in this store. I dress and carry myself with dignity... Every time I go into this store I am followed by security as if I was a known criminal. Every time I use the restroom, I am followed by store security. I get that you have to maintain security in your store. But unless ALL customers are treated in this manner and not just those who fit a specific demographic, you are in the wrong and should be ashamed of yourselves. Customers are individuals, not part of a monolith."

"This is a great Walmart with great people working. The customers are great too. There is plenty of parking as well. You would expect someone to get upset about this guy's parking. Give him a break. I am sure he is a great guy and a wonderful grandpa. I wish I could have bought him a cup of coffee and said "Hello," but I looked up, and he was leaving. Thank you, Walmart in Hope Mills. You all are great people, and I love shopping there."
