"There delivery people are horrible they put my pizza on ground and did not knock on the door and just left my pizza had been sitting outside so long it was cold and then they wouldn't answer the phone when I called"
"The Ramsey Street Marco's Pizza delivered 2 of the FINEST pizzas I've ever had the pleasure of eating! EVERYTHING was perfect! They were delivered precisely on time, and the delivery drivers and I even shared a laugh or two Keep up the GREAT customer service Ramsey Street Marco's!"
"My neighbors told me about Marco's and their specials, however; when I went to their site, I noticed that they DON'T OFFER pizzas that cater to people that DON'T EAT PORK!!! All Specialty pizzas have some degree of pork, or You don't eat! How about offering something with hamburger and vegetables or chicken and vegetables, for the 10 million people that DON'T CONSUME PORK!!!!!"
"Luckily this location has a 99.5 sanitation rating. Sign on the door states: Sun - Thur 11:00am - 11:00pm. At 11:23am on a Wednesday door was locked and the open sign was off. Stood outside for about 5 minutes knocking and tapping on the glass with keys, to get someone's attention. No soap in the restroom soap dispenser. Cleaning solution on the restroom garbage can. After washing my hands with no soap, I took the paper towel and attempted to throw in the garbage receptacle in the restaurant. It was so full (remember I'm the first customer of the day) I was barely able to toss the paper towel in."
