"Not sure if the staff was having a rough morning but I ordered 14 sandwiches through the app. It wasn’t busy as only 1 customer had passed through since they opened. When I went inside to grab my order a staff member was about to put my sandwiches into 1 small bag and since 14 sandwiches don’t fit into the small bag, he preceded to smash them down to make them fit and not just trying to squeeze in an extra sandwich but full on turn them into pancakes. Please do better."

"I am not entirely sure why they attend to the people in the drive thru before anyone else. There was no one at the counter to help you for at least 5 minutes. It would be different if they say hey we will be right with you. Multiple employees walking by the people waiting to order inside and not a one speaking. Woman with the nose ring, not very friendly. I wish I would have caught her name so I could have made a complaint about her. Parking also sucks big time here. If you are in a rush don’t come here."
