"When I went to buy a tablet, it was not in stock. Went to buy it on line and it said there was one at the store. That's okay, I think I got a better deal online. Not as many people on the floor to assist anymore either."

"The employees at this store in Augusta are friendly and Knowledgeable when you can find them not already busy with another customer. They are woefully understaffed there. Checking out at the register is another example of a lack of enough staff to get you checked out without wait. Also I really cannot stand all the loud music and loud TVs blaring movies. It's very distracting when trying to think and talk with staff when they are explaining things about the product options available. It's not as bad as it used to be years ago but is still too much in my opinion."

"We scheduled a same-day pickup for an iPad before the store opened but never received a notification about its readiness. Despite two visits, the checkout and online pickup lines were confusingly combined. Even on the second trip, an hour before closing, no notification was received. Upon inquiring, we were informed about the busy day without a resolution. Eventually we had ask them to request someone to fetch our single ordered item. Customer service is lacking for a place that functions mainly as a warehouse, with disorganized lines and unaddressed issues. Improvement is needed."

"Do NOT order for pickup at this location. Unless their order pickers get to it first (which from what I was told is unlikely at best) then your item can just be sold to someone else in the store. Waste of my time, money, and effort to get something nice for a loved one this holiday season. Incredibly disappointed and will not be ordering again."
