"Country dining done right. Smoked 18oz ribeye was good. Lightly smoked, cooked to proper temp I ordered. Nicely seasoned. Green beans were great. Mac was good, but I saw better portions on other plates. My wife really enjoyed her meatloaf. Service staff was very busy but were working together really well. Ruby? did a great job for us. We came in at 11:30am. The dining room was full, and when we left at 12:30pm, there was a large wait. It's great to see this kind of support for a local spot. Today was out first time. Looking forward to trying some ribs and brisket soon."

"Wow, smoked/BBQ meatloaf is amazing. I've had the pulled pork - moist and flavorful - and brisket - fabulous with the house made mustard sauce so I tried the Meatloaf this time. A dense and rich flavor without overbearing smoke. Highly recommend. Big D is also an engaged owner/chef. Our family will come back again and again."

"Such a great stop! We stopped in on our SCAR adventure today. Well worth it! Everyone else got brisket and said it was wonderful! I got the smoked meatloaf and it was so yummy! Green beans were good too! The waitress was so sweet and kept a good check on us. The owner talked to us and made us feel very welcome as well! We are marking it on our map to stop again one day!"
