"I live in Greenville and go to White's for all my appliances. They are the best of the best. Alan tells you what you need and does not try to sell you something that you do not need. His son David is be the best installer ever. He like his dad are first class. David came and installed after hours to help us, cleaned up and taught me some things. I have never been more impressed. If you want first class service from not a large corporation that does their own repairs it is worth the trip. I want to add to this and say that they stay with you will things are fantastic. They fix what they sell ie David and Brandon and tell you what is best for you. Their service people are the best.. Alan is awesome and they will not rest till you have the best."
"Mr White was so friendly and helpful when I was shopping for a stove and refrigerator. I chose the AGA mercury stove and refrigerator. The delivery guys were professional and did a great job. However, when the refrigerator arrived it was scratched. I was told that Mr White had already ordered a new door and he would replace it soon. Unfortunately, all the good experiences ended at that point. The door never arrived. I have called repeatedly. I keep getting the run around. Then 2 weeks after we got the stove it broke. Whites eventually sent someone out to work on it, but it was not repaired. After more e-mails Whites sent out someone a second time with new parts. They were not able to repair it. Mr Whit said we would need the company to send a replacement unit, but that I needed to be patient because “it tends to take a long time”. It has been 2 years. I spent $10,000 on appliances and both are defective. If you buy from this establishment, pray that there is no future issues with your high-end appliances because there will be no one to help you if there is! (I specifically asked before making my purchase if anyone local would be able to make the repairs if anything should happen. Mr White assured me that they could do any repairs, but also that he did not expect any issues from an AGA!)"
"My husband and I were in desperate need of a very specific type of range and we knew we wanted to use a small business as my husband is self employed. He understands how important it is to support small businesses. White’s Appliances helped us pick a reputable one, ordered it and thank goodness had it delivered the Friday before Thanksgiving. When there were a few hiccups with the setup up that day, a technician and Mr White himself showed up at our house later that afternoon to finish the setup so we could enjoy our future Thanksgiving meal with our family. The delivery staff were very respectful and helpful as well. Overall just such a great experience. We will definitely be back when we have other appliance needs!"
"I would like to follow up on the one star review listed a few hours ago made by James Wallace. My wife and I were the young couple that the store owner Alan White was helping. Alan addressed you and your family multiple times. This is a wonderful family owned store and there is no reason to leave a poor review simply because you were impatient. Alan was able to assist my wife and I with picking out the appliances needed for our dream kitchen in the house we are building. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the service and knowledge we received from White's Appliances. This is by far the best place around for parts, service, and appliances."
"I took my elderly mother to White's Appliance in search of a new stove because she wanted another stove instead of repairing her current one. We arrived went inside and found what she was wanting and there was currently one couple being helped and a gentleman waiting to be served that was ahead of us. That's fine and dandy. Another associate came out to serve the gentleman that was ahead of us and helped him with what he needed, while this is taking place another couple enters the store and is looking around. The man that was helping the first couple told us that someone would be with us shortly. Well the associate that was helping the one gentleman takes the other couple and is serving their needs before even addressing us. He seen that we was needing help as well and didn't take into consideration that my elderly mother was waiting so patiently for service. That's fine! If you can't recognize the order of arrival and take elderly ppl into consideration then you don't deserve my business! I'll go to another state for parts or service before calling or going to White's Appliance!"
