"My experience at Alpine Cafe in Helen was very nice. I found it quite charming out on the deck. The menu had some interesting items and the meal I had was fantastic. The coffee was very good too. My server was appropriately attentive and very friendly. Seems to be family oriented here and there’s plenty to look at for the kids. Highly recommended."

"The French Toast was super.... Biscuits and gravy was a lot to eat but very good. Sausage and bacon a must have. Coffee was good. Waitress was Johnny on the spot. Food was fast."

"Just went in this morning for breakfast. Had a pretty bad experience. It took them an hour to get our food. We eventually asked them to box it since it took them so much time. I can understand they were crowded and it took time. But the food was mediocre at best. See the image of the burrito. Probably the smallest breakfast burrito I have ever seen. Definitely the first time that I have eaten a breakfast burrito that still left me hungry. The cheese grits probably didn’t see anything more than a pinch of cheese. The rest of my family ordered eggs and an omelette. Sounds like this place hasn’t heard of salt. Also pepper. The coffee was decent. Service deserves NO stars. Your money would be better spent elsewhere."

"This little cafe offers breakfast until 2pm which was perfect for us since we wanted Sunday brunch. There’s a walk up coffee window or you can sit indoor or outdoor. Lots of shade and tables if you choose to sit outside and they are dog friendly and have water bowls outside."

"The breakfast here is amazing! The French Toast cinnamon roll plate is out of this world. The mimosas are fantastic. If you want a great wait staff then this is the place you want. All were very attentive and kind. I will always eat here when we visit Helen."
