"Food was really very good. May have dropped in at a busy time but the service was a little off but again not terribly bad just took a little while to get refill on water and condiments. Will definitely be back and will update service level when we do return."

"Gross, filthy, and disgusting. That's what comes to mind about my experience here on a Saturday evening. Over $70 for 4 burger an fry meals. The food was so horrible, undercooked, and bland that we left the majority of it on the table. It took nearly an hour to get our food, with only a few other guests in the restaurant. We had to practically beg for refills. The bacon an burgers were undercooked and caused us to all have upset stomachs shortly after. We weren't the only upset people that evening. Almost every other table had left large amounts of food untouched. McDonald's would have been a much better choice. Never again."

"We are back on our low carb way of eating and they went above and beyond to help us. We both had the Mushroom & Swiss burger without the bun with an awesome side salad. It looked scrumptious and tasted even better. Our waitress out did herself taking care of us. The atmosphere took you back in time with memorabilia from childhood. Can't wait till our next adventure there."

"Considering a lifetime of visits here, this place has changed. Staff was seated in the back with little motivation. French fries were reheated leftovers or something. The "legendary" feta dip was new and lack luster. No real feta in it anymore. Staff all had poor attitudes and pace for everyone after us as well. The worst part was being asked for our service dogs paperwork to see what the reason for the service capability was, which is illegal. Only.th3 service animals card can be asked for. After disagreeing we were ignored for roughly 20 minutes before our drinks arrived. What a shame to see this iconic establishment being ran the way it was that night."

"This is a game-day review, so is not representative of an average day. Got a table relatively quickly, the server took our drinks order, and that was the last we’ve seen of her by our table for 30 minutes when we left the restaurant. Some patrons that got to The Grill after us got their drinks, and some even got food. But there were many other patrons who were upset around us with the very slow service. Our server seemed to just hang around and not try to even get our drink order. We went to get food elsewhere, and the other establishment did the reasonable thing: seat only tables that they had the capacity to serve. I think The Grill was not prepared at all. For the prices they have on food you would expect better service. So I recommend avoiding them if your time is valuable that day. Nice ambiance though!"
