"I drove 13 miles into town to pick up two pizzas. Drove 13 miles home, only to find out both pizzas were wrong. Not even close to what I ordered. I own the fact that the pizza boxes weren't opened at the counter( no offer to do so and I didnt ask) to verify.......but I have never had a trust issue with Huts in the past. Lesson learned. I was in a hurry driving 26 miles round trip and didn't want 13 miles to cool off food too much. Oh, the receipt stuffed into the box was correct. I can only deduce mix up happened in back."
"This Pizza hut was in Chatsworth, which, in my opinion, has the best service out of all the ones left standing. Very sweet people. We did dine in, and came out a whole lot cheaper than expected. We got the salad bar, and I personally was only a little disappointed at their lack of variety in toppings and dressing (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, and some very stale croutons.) Other than that, it was awesome. Would recommend minus the salad bar. Still giving 4 stars because they're still likely not used to dine-in customers being back."
