"I've always liked BK, but the past few years this chain of restaurants AND OTHERS have drastically declined in food preparation. I mean, every time you get food anywhere it's not even like it looks like on TV or the ads hanging on the windows. And if you go through the drive thru you better check the order before you leave the window!! Sorry. Just saying..."

"I had the worst experience at this Burger King. The food was cold and disgusting, the service was slow and rude, and the restaurant was filthy. I ordered a Whopper Jr. and fries, and when I got my food, it was ice cold. The burger was dry and the fries were soggy. I tried to eat it anyway, but I couldn't stomach it. I went back to the counter to complain, and the employee was very rude. He just told me to "get out of here" if I didn't like the food. I looked around the restaurant and saw that it was a mess. The tables were sticky and the floors were covered in food. I even saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. I left the restaurant without finishing my food and I will never be back. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. I would avoid this Burger King at all costs. There are better fast food options in Chatsworth."
