"I had to stand around a long time to get my order taken even though they didn't have many customers. And it was way too expensive for what I got. So I'll be going there a lot less often"
"Poor guys can never get a coffee right. It's the simple things. And every single time I ask them to fix it they always tell me that's how it's made (so im wrong) No, I get coffees everyday. And they are always made different and never right. It's sad I know how their company is supposed to make them but yet they just can't get it right... but hey at least they try I guess. Thanx for the rare ones I get that's decent to drink! ❤️"
"I don't normally go to this particular store. They are rude and never get my order correct. This time I wasn't greeted as usual. I was charged for large even though I didn't ask for it. The food was cold as usual. They never give you 2 or more drinks on a tray. They will hand you 8 drinks and get mad when you ask for a tray. Overall I typically drive all the way to Dalton to get better food and service."
"I just want to say that I wasn't expecting much with it being Christmas. So I was amazed at this particular McDonald's in Chatsworth , Ga. First they were very busy but that didn't stop them from giving fast and friendly service. The drive thru moved very fast and the food came out fresh and hot. I would say a 110% today. These employees deserve a bonus for working Christmas and for making McDonald's shine. You guys are awesome."
"The manager on duty on 9.28.2023 between 6 am-630 am didn't acknowledge that I was standing there. Completely ignored me as she walked by. Still didn't have anybody help me. She came back up, and I had to stop her because she was still ignoring that I was standing there. Asked for my mobile order that I saw sitting there. She huffed about it. She didn't even give me my drinks, or ask if there was anything else that I needed. I had to poke my head around to get someone to even help with my drinks. When I brought it up to the lady she looked at me like I was stupid for even saying anything, and like she didn't do anything wrong. Trust me better management is needed for this McDonald's."
