"Honey Wasabi. I've been eating sushi for 30+ years and I have NEVER had something so good. Our table got a good mix of Hibachi, Sushi, and Thai dishes. Everything was lovely. Will def be back every time we are in Franklin."

"Good sushi is hard to come by in this area, so Sakura was a pleasant surprise! I tried several sushi rolls and they were all deliciously fresh and flavorful. Our server Emily was so lovely and helpful, and the atmosphere of the restaurant felt elegant which makes for a lovely outing! It’s also very reasonably priced, which is always a plus. They even had gluten free soy sauce which I greatly appreciated. If you’re looking for good quality sushi in the Franklin area look no further!"

"Sakura is a pleasant surprise in Franklin, NC area. I like testing places with a standard dish, so I tried the General Tso's Chicken. It was made exactly right, which gave Sakura my high marks. The unsweetened tea was also delightful, and my glass was kept full. I'm pretty rough on restaurants when they don't care about the details. Recommended for tourists. Recommended by locals."

"Gyoza was delicious! Hibachi was good too; our filet was cooked perfectly, but the fried rice was a little bland. We went for an early dinner arriving shortly after they opened and were seated immediately. Our appetizer and soup/salad came out quickly, but our dinners took a while, which was surprising since they weren’t very busy."
