"I used to go to bojangles very often but have had to stop because of THIS RESTAURANT in Brevard. They are consistently poorly serviced, they do not open their dine in options even though they say they are open. I have also been told at 7:15 that they do not have biscuits yet?!? Ridiculous! I have also had my comment’s responded to before and told to email a bojangles email but it does not exist when I try to reach out, full sham. What a shame, they could take a lot of my money if they would just get it together."

"Went in to eat breakfast this morning 11/19/23 and the elderly couple in front of me had been waiting at the counter for at least 15 since I got there. Employees walked by without acknowledging anyone standing inside the restaurant, then the female that said she was the head manager over the store was very rude. Slapped her hands of the old couple, and would not acknowledge the man when he tried to order and yelled at the couple that they were short staffed. Meanwhile the manager was on her cell phone. Another employee was staying in next to the drink machine scarfing down drinks the other ones walking around aimlessly. The manager was rude. If she worked for me, she would’ve been fired on the spot I will not be back to Bojangles in Brevard."

"Double check your order upon receipt. Restaurant is not at all generous with condiments, even if you offer to pay for jelly or sauces. Do not pull away from window, this guarantees wrong order."

"This store was one of my regular places to eat between college and high school, but over the last year it’s really went down hill. I ordered fries, they were rock hard, my biscuit was still uncooked in the middle, and in my chicken I found a long hair in the breading. Understanding they are short staffed, the staff that was there was unmotivated due to the manager on shift. The short older man, who’s constantly raising his voice at these employees. I wouldn’t want to be there either. The only reason I’m even giving this store 2 stars, is because the staff under the manager was respectful and even apologized for the 15 minute wait, and even apologized for the managers attitude, the sweet tea was good though."

"If you want crispy, juicy tender go somewhere else! Spent $38 and had to throw the Chicken Strips away! The thing is I know when they were putting my strips in the box that they knew they were wrong for this!!!! There is no way they couldn't! Cold, hard and dry cut the roof of my mouth up! What a waste of money after working 12 hours. Gave a 1 star but didn't deserve that! Posting a picture with a fork in it to show the scale of how tiny and shriveled they are! What a disappointment!"
