"I got my pizza very fast! It was fresh and HOT! Right out of the oven! These guys are awesome!"

"Ordered at 11am to pickup at 1:30pm. Got a call was going to be late due to they ran out of dough, finally was ready at 2:30. One had no sauce at all on it."

"Called in my order and told them when I would be there and once I got there my order had not even been put into the over so I had to wait and then they were only going to give me half of a deep dish I ordered after they "fixed" it they didn't give me the meat deep dish all they did was make a pepperoni one and send me out the door"

"Placed an order around 2:30 for a 5:45 pick up of 8 pizzas, was told that I had to place the order to have them ready in time, got there at 5:40 and was told it would be 15-20 minutes of a wait, my order was supposed to be ready at 5:45 to have to Brevard High School at 6 and was told “well it’s Friday, ya know?” This never happened when Russell worked there. Russell always made sure orders were ready on time and orders were always correct. The customer service definitely needs some help."

"We ordered 10 pizzas tonight for my daughter's 16th birthday sleepover and I called the order in and said I'd be there at 6pm to pick it up. When we arrived to pick the pizzas up the young man informed us he was all alone and has been slammed busy ever since we called so he said ot would be another 25 Mins so we waited and I watched this young man hustle like no other and slam out not only my 10 pizzas but all the other walking door dashes and online orders. This guy needs a raise some employees and a payed Vacation..."
