"In the drive-through, I asked for "easy on the ice" with my drink, not really expecting them to comply, but they actually did go easy on the ice! For fast-food service, I count that as "above and beyond." The exterior looked immaculate; seems like a well-managed outfit."

"I'd you don't love BK, I don't know what to tell you. It's the Whopper for God's sake. Even the Whopper Junior is awesome. If you literally have to read a review about this place, go eat some fake plastic cheese at McDonalds. BTW, chicken fries are the absolute hangover food. You're welcome."

"Couple times have not been busy, I've stood waiting to have my order taken for almost 10 minutes and I was the only customer there at the time."

"Fries were cold, hard and old. The worse part was the customer service. After I greeted the cashier, he stared at me as if I had done something wrong to him without saying a word. Later, when my food was ready, I thanked the guy who handed me my food and he too just stared at me. When I asked for ketchup and tea, he rolled his eyes and gave me a mean look. Is this a sundown town? They all looked and acted mad that an African American man entered their store. Worse experience ever at any burger King that I've visited."

"I was waiting to order the drive through was busy. So a young man working the drive through came and ask me if I place my order. I said no. He took my order and the manager to wipe her card for my military discount. Then she yells at the young man helping me. Very unprofessional. She tells him to go back to drive through, so he leaves and the manager wipes her card and walks away. I had to wait for someone else to finish my order. The manager started yelling at other employees. Thus is not how you treat employees."
