"Terrible customer service. Came in today, line getting longer and longer while employees piddling around, not even acknowledging the long line of customers. It was obvious they DID NOT care. One girl walking around then goes to counter not in any hurry to take a customer. Then a dude pulls a customer out of line, disregarding the order of who was first or second. The other girl who actually was waiting on a customer kept making small talk with no regard to the long line getting even longer. Everybody in line was agitated, believe me. No consideration for customers and their time. * I'm not sure what you're talking about in you're response. There were 7 or 8 people in line and the computers were working. It would have been helpful to have acknowledged people and say there is a problem versus just acting like we weren't there."

"This UPS Store is awesome! The employees are always friendly and helpful and even with a line out the door, they are fast and efficient."

"While I have had to wait in line several times, the staff is always helpful, friendly, competent and fast. I am just thankful that there IS a UPS store in our rural area. For those who move here from metropolitan areas, life is lived on a smaller, quieter scale and you need to adjust your expectations."

"1 star for the shorter than 'bankers hours'. My UPS Stores in the Chicago suburbs are open until at least 6pm or 7pm. They should open stores in waynesville and canton that actually have decent hours. 9am to 4pm is just ridiculous. They may as well just close this store. Why does this store not even stay open for 8 hours during a week day? Hire some people and get some decent hours. How are people supposed to drop stuff off who work until 5pm? How do these stores stay in business open for 7 hours a day and do nothing for the other 17 hours in a day? This is definitely the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. During christmas there were long lines out the door, even at closing time."

"This location has always been kind and helpful. Today they went above and beyond. A nice lady working the counter around 1:05 PM saw me walking in with a package in one hand and a baby in the other... She walked over and beat me to the door to open it for us. Then she was very kind and made conversation at the desk as she helped me. I was in and out so fast! I wish I had gotten her name because she is the example of great customer service. Amazing!"
