"This company is willing to jeopardize their reputation and negatively impact an elderly woman's livelihood over a "$75 reconnection fee". That should basically say everything that you need to know about this company."
"We use gas only for heat during the winter, but still pay all summer for gas whether we use it or not. We eventually had it completely turned off and they still make you pay for someone to come check it. Also on our guest house they charged us to come turn it on. They never came to turn it on. Then I ask for the $60 back since they never came and it’s non refundable, no questions asked. The fact that the lady was laughing at the fact I was having trouble with the situation was also just great."
"Well we blew a transformer because of a squirrel. Which caused a fire at the top of our pole in our yard. Too much excitement this late. Thank you Sevier County Electric for your fast response time very much appreciate you guys and the hard work you put in!!!"
