"Paul's Family Restaurant was a wonderful surprise. First off it was open on Thanksgiving day and had an amazingly tasty turkey dinner and a just as tasty ham dinner. Each dinner came with three sides and all of them were delicious. The service was a bit slow, but the restaurant was hoping and the meal more then made up for it. The servers were very pleasant even with the amount of people being served."
"Food- buffalo Burger/fries It tasted decent, though it did seem to have been frozen as were the fries. The fries though had a nice seasoning to it so they were pretty good. Service- :cleanliness Not much was clean. We were shown to our first table that hadn’t been cleared yet. Then we were taken to our second table that was cleared of dishes, but hadn’t been wiped down. It wasn’t a very busy time either only a few were being served. They had a nice cake/pie display, however the cakes and pies were covered in Saran-wrap. I think that defeats the purpose of putting the deserts on display. May be wiser to put that inside the kitchen or leave them uncovered in the display case. (Some were covered in a very old cake cover that had faded badly. Not appetizing) As we were paying I could see that the kitchen was quite dirty top to bottom. I’ve worked in proper kitchens before, but that was quite bad. I’d be quite concerned about eating there again. Also there were 2 empty ketchup bottles and 1 that was almost empty sitting on our table. :server rating Our waiter did good, she took care of our order and made sure we never ran out of drinks. -However: a couple right next to us had been shown a table and 30 minutes later they still hadn’t even seen their waiter. Summary: The kitchen and dinning room are not kept in a clean state even when not busy. Not all guests are cared for even when not busy. Note to owner The waiters are diligent when they know they have a table, but clearly more effort is needed in organizing and streamlining the work and workflow. A more diligent cleaning schedule is required. The food is decent, but could be of a higher quality. I saw frozen food boxes out in the open."
"Mal-Pla, our server, was fantastic! He was so busy but made sure we had everything we needed. The ribeye was great and so was the hamburger steak. They ran out of baked potatoes, but they made great substitutions."
"We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Paul's on a Friday evening in September. It wasn't too crowded. We seated right when we walked in. I had the Indian Taco, I'd never heard of all for had an indian taco, so I really didn't know what to expect. It was fantastic the fry bread was excellent. My wife had a nicely prepared twelve ounce ribeye with a great flavor. Our dinner salads were very fresh. Our server was awesome, he was hopping from table to table. Portion sizes were good and the price was extremely fair. Will definitely come back to Paul's next time we're town. Parking is limited."
"Where do I start.. our party of 4 was seated quickly. There was a new waitress training and she was on it until we didn't see her again... I don't know if she quit?? We ordered our food which was fried pickles,2 buffalo burgers, Indian taco and an elk burger. they came to tell us no buffalo ribeye. Np we just replaced it with a buffalo burger. It took a little long to get food but that wasn't a problem either. Food came and only 3 of us had our food . For some reason they didn't bring out the second buffalo burger. We were half way done eating and it finally came. I got the Indian taco and it was ok . The chili was watery and the fries were under cooked or old. Everyone seemed to like their burgers. We couldn't get drink refills to save our lives .. then we were given the check but we wanted dessert. There was a lot of staff but it seemed to me that everyone was running around but not getting that much done. This place has a lot of potential. I think we'll be back but I'm not sure."
