"My crispy roast duck tastes salty and they pour some kind of sauce over it. I was disappointed. It wasn't like that 2 years ago when I ate there. Before it was just plain roast duck with no sauce and I like it like that.Plus they put the duck over the rice in one bowl. I would like it separatly. Didn't like that the sauce was all over the rice. Same goes with my husband beef belly dish too. Put beef over the rice...which makes the brown sauce soaked up the rice, no good. Wish they would have given us the rice separately. I think this time the amount of foods was not much like we had a few years ago, now it's smaller portion. The beef belly cost $24 and my duck dish cost $30 and really not even worth the cost for that amount. Before when we order just one order it was was so much that we can even share it together but not this time. The foods doesn't taste like a few years ago. Now I'm afraid to try others dishes too. Also I was disappointed that they didn't have the ox tail soup no more. My husband was looking forward to eat the ox tail soup but it wasn't on the menu no more."
"Highly disappointed, at any other asian cuisine I would’ve paid half the price with 10 times the satisfaction. Flavorless sesame chicken $25 feel like I was robbed."
"Surprisingly that the foods are so authentic in this area. Love the beef noodle. Wonton noodles were not very good, the noodles and soup were OK but the wonton is not that good, and only 4 pieces of wonton. Prices are a little expensive. Services were good."
"We enjoyed the Noodle Bar this last time. Other times wasn't so great. The duck was delicious, and the fried rice was very tasty! Will definitely go back again."
"Noodle Bar is always a stop for us at Cherokee. They are fast, but polite & helpful. This is not a large place, but they do a quick turnover. I don't feel rushed to eat, but because of the counter seating & also out of politeness, it is not a place for a long leisurely meal. I usually get the Shrimp Udon, but got sesame chicken this time & my husband gets the beef with broccoli or pepper steak. The portions are large enough to share or to have leftovers if not shared. I've always enjoyed every dish we have gotten there."
