Chad could’ve just brushed me off and sent me to Home Depot but instead he was genuinely happy & helpful . I wish there was more of him everywhere ☺️. He made my day a lot easier."
"These people are a joke do not lose your breaks and need them to turn them for you. They will give you the run around and keep pushing it off to someone else that does the same thing. My truck has been on the side of the road for 3 days and I’m still trying to get my rotors turned I tried Saturday was told to come back Monday morning I’m here now told Tuesday. I will never go back to this location again. EVER"

"While on vacation in Gatlinburg. My 2017 Dodge Journey broke down. I called them to order the part. The next day I got an excuse of the part was lost in shipping. I was told the employee would find 1 and call me back. Well it's been 4 days and not so much as a call or text. By the way Chad I called Advance Auto Parts just down the street and they had it in stock. It was $100 higher (it was the upgraded version). My final thoughts on this company is I'm done with O'Reilly Auto Parts."
