"I originally rented from Byron at the Lenoir City, TN location on September 2022, but he's no longer there. The phone constantly rings. My account had been moved to the Alcoa location where Managers Chris and William are located. They both seemed unprofessional and unwilling to work with a good customer. They acted like they are doing me a big favor but they don't understand that they're in business because of customers. I've had a rental out of the Arnold Missouri location years ago with no problems. All my payments were on time and never skipped a month except last month due to a family emergency. Chris was very pushy, and William on December 27th was sarcastic. Without my consent, William switched my contract to bi-weekly after demanding to know when I get paid(of course, I would not disclose that information to him). These two "managers " need to be retrained on customer service because they're lacking. Additionally, they're scamming people! I spoke to Byron in July of 2023, and the balance was $1,2xx, and $7xx for both contracts. William said on a recorded line that there were 21 more payments left. That's a lie. So the managers at this location will go so far as to inflate the price of the contract if you miss a payment! This is why Rent-A-Center gets more customers. They're transparent in everything they do. The original contract on their end miraculously can't be printed. They can pick this merchandise up if there isn't a resolution to this where the remaining balance is what Bryan quoted!"

"The gm "chris" is rude and none of the employees happen to know anything. When you ask questions about any of the merchandise, their response is "I don't know" to everything. Waste of time. Rent a center is cheaper and better. I saw bed bugs crawling on a couch in the store!!! Disgusting."
