"My family and I horrible experience. Food was cold, took onion rings back up and showed the amount of grease they were swimming in and would not replace or offer fresh food"

"We were the only ones there. The lady at counter was very polite and helpful. The food however, left much to be desired. Fries were not fresh whatsoever... had obviously been sitting for quite some time. Burger was not fresh as well. Will definitely stick to just ordering a Blizzard when over in that area."

"2 people handled the whole night ran the drive thru and lobby. These 2 people somehow managed to remain calm and happy and were able to still provide a positive environment. It was busy when we stopped in 10/31/23 and understood any delays as we could see that they were working alone I do not remember the names of the two workers, but if dairy Queen wants to reach out to me I would love for them to receive some kind of recognition. I could describe them to you please. These people done an amazing job. Thank you so very much!"

"I don’t mind to pay almost 7 dollars for medium Oreo blizzard if that’s what I actually get… but when I get halfway through mine in the bottom was just vanilla ice cream I could’ve spent that seven dollars on a whole gallon of Oreo ice cream instead the service at this restaurant is always slow. I see managements response on the reviews and they say sorry we hope you will be back, but there is no effort in changing things because if there were the last few reviews would not be negative reviews, they would be good reviews pictured is my vanilla blizzard not Oreo blizzard and I work too hard for my money to just throw it down the drain like that, something with this restaurant needs to change"
