"I gave this location 5 stars for service even though we waited 15 minutes to be served at the register. There were only 3 employees working and one must have been newer. The cook and the manager on duty were working together the best they could. The manager was super friendly even though she had to be majorly stressed. I managed fast food for years, and one thing we stressed to front counter personnel was to never give " butt service." Otherwise, never keep your back towards customers waiting no matter what the situation is. To always engage the customer and not over apologize, just keep them informed of the situation and update them on their order. The female manager/supervisor on duty did an excellent job with us and those behind us. The restaurant next door had hardly any business, so obviously, you have a great product that people will wait for. Thank you, and keep up the great job!"

"Great crew working today at Popeyes! Ordered a 3 piece combo with fries and coleslaw and a 5 piece chicken strip combo with fries… everything was hot and fresh with great service, thank you!"

"Went to grab dinner one night and got a 20 piece two large sides and 8 biscuits. Food is absolutely amazing I love it and the people there are awesome for hooking me up. Even though they told me they told me they don’t have 20 piece meals anymore. They still were able to work with me and make it happen. I love it how businesses go out of their way to make their customers happy. It’s a good quality to have in a business. Especially when most businesses don’t have because of their company policies. With that being said customers will always come back for more. Great job to all the employees who work hard to keep their customers happy. Also to the staff at this particular establishment keep up the awesome job. Definitely going to come visit today at some point to grab some more!"

"Horrible experience. We were served old and extremely cold food through the drive thru, so bad we had to go in to remake or refund. We decided to let them remake it. Then we proceeded to wait an additional 30+ minutes. The restaurant was extremely dirty. No toilet paper in any of the stalls, trash over flowing out of the trash cans. Trash all over the dining room. The employees seem to all look like they were on drugs. Waste of money and our time."

"Update, stopped in to try the new "Blackened Chicken Sandwich". This new menu item is on par with the already famous chicken sandwich they offer. If you are a fan of Popeyes like I am swing by Popeyes and try the new "Blackened Chicken Sandwich. Popeyes in Maryville is always very clean with a very friendly staff and consistent food quality. On my last in store visit they had it decorated for Halloween a very nice touch. I want to send a shout out to the staff for always doing an outstanding job. Keep up the good work"
