"Was craving hot ham n cheese so went ordered and I pulled over to parking spot took one bite fries had been warned n re warmed and the hot ham n cheese look like sum one took a sledge hmer n smashed it flat and not to forget felt like it was just still frozen and one tiny piece of cheese that was not even melted Soo that really sucked"

"I order a #1 combo only mayo lettuce tomato and cheese. It was 11 something dollars and I wodered why so high. When I got my receipt I was charged 1.80 to remove the lettuce and tomato and add it back on. When I asked for the manager I was told she left for the day and she is the only person who could refund me."

"It's clear to see no one wants to work and hardees will hire ANYONE to run their stores. They have ZERO customer service skills and ZERO time management skills. After sitting in the drive thru 10 minutes, I was asked to pull up and my food would be brought out. After waiting for another 10 minutes and 8 cars later, I go in to get my food. When I told the "manager" I had been waiting 10 minutes, she did not apologize or ask me what I had, she just abruptly asked if I wanted a refund? After telling her I wanted my food, she walked around aimlessly "looking" for it then went to the cook seeking guidance I assume, then low and behold the bag of food was on the counter....or at least most of my order. But whatever, I won't be back. I guess the only requirement Hardee's has would be "to show up". In all reality, it is simply not good enough. Close the damn store if that is all you have to work with!!! Hardees used to be the gold star of fast food breakfast. Now, they are a joke!!"

"I usually get breakfast from here before I hit the road early in the morning, the same thing every time, the chicken biscuit combo. And usually the food is good but I went to this location to get breakfast two days in a row around 730am. I ordered the usual. The chicken and biscuits were both dry and overcooked. The only edible thing was the tater tots this day. Went the next morning thinking maybe they just had a bad day. Got the same thing. The chicken was hard and dark, the biscuit was overcooked. It tastes like the grease needed to be changed or they just overcooked the chicken. I really hope they change the grease or change the cook cause I won't be coming back until it's better. Service was good tho ."
