"I hate writing this review because I really like Bojangles, just not this location. I've ate here since it was built and it's just gotten worse and worse, especially over the last 4 years. I have not been here in months because of the attitude problem from the staff and manager. The prices have went up and the service and quality has went down. I decided to try again, looked to be a table or two eating inside and one car in the drive through at the window. I sat longer than I deemed acceptable without being acknowledged and I pulled away. I could've waited longer but i'm already giving chance after chance by just showing up. When I didn't get waited on for going on 2 mins, I left. I went to KFC (which I don't prefer to Bojangles) and ordered, then had my money taken in the same amount of time I sat in line without a peep spoken to me. Get it together or this location is going to fold! If you want to see how a Bojangles should be, go to the location at exit 113 and take notes. It's fast, friendly and the foods fresh."

"People are always very friendly and welcoming here. If the drive thru line is long, don't worry, they get your order taken and your food to you in a hurry."

"If ZERO star ratings were possible, this location would receive them! From the moment we drove up to place the order, the employee was abrupt and rude and immediately said “wait a minute !” We waited and then he YELLED rudely into the speaker “sir, I’m waiting!” Our response was “can you give us a second, we gave you a minute?” He replied “Hey! Man!!” We pulled around to the window and said employee was saying to the car in front of us, “sorry about that”. When we got to the window, we asked to speak with the manager. To our surprise, he WAS the manager! When we asked if we could get our order “hot and fresh”, we were told it would take 15 minutes because they would have to cook it. He then proceeded to say “we have some but they are not fresh”. We said that’s okay and pulled away. My advice to the franchisee….. fire this manager and hire new staff that is willing and capable of working in the public sector. I hope to never eat at bojangles again."

"Bad customer service the morning cook was looking at me with a snarky look on his face laughing, making comments if you don't like your job get another. Worst customer service experience!"

"For a quick breakfast we decided to do drive through and we picked Grilled Chicken Sandwich and Mac & Cheese. We got the order quickly and our order was hot and delicious. We loved both our food items we delivered and it was delicious. We loved our order."
