Buffalo Wild Wings

"Didn’t get the chance to try the food. Place was pretty empty at 7:30pm with plenty of tables available and only a few tables sat. Busiest area were the tables near the bar and people picking up to go orders. Hostess looked inconvenienced when we asked for a table of 9 and we were told the wait was 55 min to an hour, even with all the empty tables and one small family waiting infront. We put our name down to wait but we left to go to East Coast Wings across the street instead. East Coast wings was busier, in an even smaller space and they graciously made room for our family of 9. We finally got the text our table was ready at Buffalo Wild Wings, 70 minutes later as we were done with a great meal and service at East Coast Wings!"

"Ok, I am gonna start off with the things Buffalo Wild Wings can work on. The establishment could use some cleaning. What self respecting Wing establishment uses bagged or bottled ranch. If it ain't homemade it ain't right. My daughter ordered a bacon cheese burger, we had to send out a search party for her bacon. My wife's Cobb salad wasn't anything to right home about. The tomatoes we not good, and the dressing again was horrible. The wings we ordered were ok. A little dry but ok. My favorite were the dry rubbed lemon pepper. I will say, the only reason Buffalo Wild Wings of Morganton got 3 stars is because of my service. Tesa you did a great job."

"We got here soon after they opened. They were not busy and service was great. They brought our food out as it was ready so everyone had hot food."

"Never ever eating here again. We picked up an order of 30 wings. I drove about 25 minutes each way to come pick up BBW in the rain after work. I tipped the carry out service online during my order placement and when I called to let them know I had arrived I went inside and picked it up, understanding maybe they were short staffed. Waited in line. Got my food and checked one box of the wings and they were right and the kids order so I came back. I open the 2nd box and they were marked on the box with the sauce we ordered but had no sauce on them. I grab my own hot sauce and start eating. They were so rubbery I spit mine out to find pink in the center (we were eating in a dark room) my husband eats his and notices one is too chewy and we turn on the light to find they were under cooked. Short staffed or not when your main product is chicken you need to have staff that can properly cook chicken. So now, we sit back and wait to see if we end up sick. Needless to say eat anywhere else except here unless you want to waste a lot of money and get sick."
