"The amount of business seems to make it difficult for this location to determine what products to prep for the day. At least twice in the last two weeks my order has been made with second or third day dough. They are carrying over unused dough instead of tossing and making fresh."

"What a disaster of a place. Pizza Hut gets worse every time I order. It doesn't seem to matter the city. The service is bad all over. Tried to place a delivery order at 7PM. Lady on the phone seemed quite confused. After a few minutes she puts me on hold and comes back to say they aren't delivering tonight. I guess you're short-staffed. Pay your people a living wage, train them properly, and maybe you'll keep people."

"Ordered online two nights in a row. Night one I ordered at 7:30. They called me and told me they closed at 7 for Halloween, and their district manager forgot to shut off ordering online. Saw them still working at 8. Tried again second night. Placed order at 6:30, and they called and said their oven quit. Wouldn’t give me their manager’s number. I went in the store and got a different story from another worker about why they weren’t taking orders. They don’t seem to care about their jobs at all."

"Just got into town and wanted something quick and easy for a lot of people. I ordered on the app and then picked it up. The lady at the counter was friendly and my order was accurate and done at the time the app said it would be. Pizza tasted like Pizza Hut pizza. Parking can get a little tight since it's in a plaza area with other businesses. I'd go there again if needed."

"There is a section of my pizza missing, and it was cold. I picked up at the exact pick up time 15 min after ordering. Kinda lame"
