"I got the brisket sandwich with fried pickles and cowboy beans. The bread is tough and stale, the brisket has the taste and consistency of a leather belt. Their ranch is amazing and the beans are good."

"I felt bad for the waitress, because she was nice. But the food was not fresh, I mean really not fresh. The green beans had no flavor and were very squishy, like they were cooking with no seasoning for a whole week. The broccoli was rotten with black and brown edges and rotten bits throughout like it was cut up a week ago and now rotting. The pulled pork was a huge disappointment. It was super dry and tasted a little off and seemed like it was frozen and then reheated in the microwave. The fries were crinkle fries (like the frozen kind you get at the grocery store) and the were not made to order and had too much spice dumped on unevenly. The pulled pork sandwich also seemed to be microwaved and the bun was completely soaked with moisture and somehow the pulled pork was still dry and inedible. I only ate a few bites. I got instant heartburn and nausea. I think they are trying to be cheap because it’s the off season but you shouldn’t charge roughly $17 a plate and serve disgusting food."

"The staff was wonderful and very accommodating even though they are short staffed right now - Food seemed really good just baby back ribs were slightly dry & brisket was definitely good with the sweet BBQ sauce. Only thing I would say is the pricing for this area was slightly more than should be after our travels across Townsend to NC Mountains for the last 24 years."

"OMG, WOW!!!! I LOVED IT. The BEST BBQ I HAVE EVER EATEN. I love to travel around Southern states. When I'm near the ocean, I eat seafood, but I can't ever pass up on BBQ. While we were staying in Gatlinburg, I saw this BBQ restaurant called Jim Bob's BBQ and I just cant say enough great things about this place absolutely Loved everything about it. Great service, great people, DEFINITELY DELICIOUS BBQ."

"We stopped in for lunch on our way to the caverns and we're so glad we did! Best meal we have had since being in Tennessee hands down. I had the burnt ends with fries and the white Mac and cheese. We also tried the smoked ribs and chicken tenders and everyone left happy and full. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!"
