"Love this store, usually is on point with stock and service. About 20% of the time no one is at the register. I've stood for 20 minutes seeing employees walk in and out of the store but never coming behind the register or even saying anything to the line of customers. It's super inconvenient. I understand short staff but a lot of the time it's just neglect."
"This is the worst Family Dollar Store I've ever visited. Signs all over the store says $1. At checkout the items were $1.25. When I got to register no one is there and the customers and I are having to stand there and wait wandering where the cashier is. When they finally get there to wait on you they stop and start talking to other employees or other customers.. Customer Service is a joke."
"Bought some Hostess cakes there today and sat down to eat one happened to notice the best by date almost 3 months out of date. Wasn't on sale or anything. Someone there needs to check the shelves if they have items that are 3 months out of date still on them at regular price. First time we have been in there in a few months and probably won't be going back."
