"I had the most delicious bread bowl of broccoli cheese soup and half a southwest chicken melt sandwich. I highly recommend Panera. Oh yeah the chocolate chip cookie was so good I had to buy some to bring home."

"Seems like there's always litter on the floor and tables, the screens of the self order kiosks never appear to be cleaned and disinfected, food quality has been all over the map, and service has taken a nosedive. For the prices of food here, you'd expect a much better dining experience. I won't be back."

"I came here with my family intending to give five stars. The facility was clean, great atmosphere. I dropped it to 4 because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the onion chunks in our salad were not cut up (a couple 1-2 inch wedges). Otherwise I’d recommend here as the food service/ speed was good."

"Despite being a newer remodel or newer location, this Panera has serious staff issues. We ordered 2 bagels and 3 breakfast sandwiches and then waited about 30 minutes for our order. We were the only ones in the dining room. 22 minutes in, I asked when our order would be ready and was told that "eggs take a long time". Maybe they wouldn't take so long if the girls in the back weren't just standing around or talking? Eggs do not take a half hour to cook. Bagels do not take a half hour to cook. Absolutely ridiculous. And to top it off, the toilets are gross. I could've sat down to eat somewhere for almost the same amount of time and had a much more pleasant experience."

"It doesn't matter if you come to this location in the morning. The afternoon the evening weekday is weekends. It's always the same. There's no one at the register. The drinks are always empty, there's no baked goods, staff can't be found. This time was a plus, usually the ice is out, there was ice this time and normally the trash is overflowing. This time it was not doesn't matter. The time of day dishes are streamed everywhere. There are no cups for mobile orders. I've been a Panera rewards member and sips plus member for years. I have dinned at panera's all over the country. You never see a manager. You never see an owner. This franchise is an absolute disgrace to the brand."
