"My daughter was working there when I happened to pop in. I asked the person serving me if she was there and he replied that he's not allowed to confirm or deny people's schedules or presence. Great answer! That guy didn't know I was her mom, I could have had malicious intentions, and he was smart to respond that way. I am weirdly proud of him, haha Any other staff I've interacted with has also been helpful and friendly."

"We paid for a dozen donuts- different types - and the chocolate is not even on top of the chocolate “covered” Bavarian crème - see attached pics. I am appalled. Literally do customers need to check every single thing ordered before leaving a location to make sure people do their job?? Disgusting slop AROUND donuts on the box."

"We went for donuts and ended up with sandwiches and muffins too. Very good location and building was very clean. Staff was great and knowledgeable. The only problem was the time it took to get our order but it was very busy. Just allow extra time. The food is definitely worth the wait. I never thought of getting a breakfast sandwich at Dunkin but now that will change. The sandwiches are a must try!"

"This is the worst Dunkin in our area. First the manager tells the workers that if someone ordered less ice to leave a 2 inch gap at the top and not fill it all the way up. Then they tell you to ask them to fill it all the way up with milk if we want it to the top which is fine and is what I’ve been doing. Now they are charging me extra to get it filled with a few more splashes of oatmilk. It’s honestly ridiculous. I feel bad for the workers because they all seem extremely nice but to work in that environment with that kind of manager is probably exhausting."

"The woman working this morning seemed unable to hear what I was saying. I ordered a medium dark roast coffee with cream and sugar, and she rang it in as decaf with whipped cream and sprinkles. We got through that, and then she misheard and rang in our breakfast sandwiches as something else. She corrected that. I asked if it was possible to put a dozen donuts in two boxes, and she rang in two half dozen instead. I told her no, that’s okay, I don’t want that. If you can’t put it into two boxes I’ll just take them in one box. It took over ten minutes just to get rung out for this, and then I was out of patience with this woman. We go to select the donuts for the dozen, and my daughter wanted a bakers choice donut-she says oh that’ll be an up charge. If you would have told me that when I rang you up before I would have known. She couldn’t hear anything I said when I ordered to begin with! Hands down the worst ordering experience I’ve EVER had."
