"The food is always great at black olive. My only issues is these people expect a tip for pick up orders. We always tip 25% to servers and even more for delivery drivers. To expect a tip just to walk the food from the kitchen to the register is ridiculous. It’s getting out of control and it needs to stop. We will start getting our food from portobello’s from now on. We feel judged every time we pick up a order from this place. We need to boycott tips altogether just like every other country. I don’t care if cost go up, it’s better than having every person expecting money even when they do nothing."
"I ordered a Philly cheese steak and my wife ordered a cheeseburger. The Philly cheesesteak was too greasy and didn't have much of flavor. Wife's cheeseburger was a free Frozen burger that you would buy in the store. I'm sure if he's stuck with the Italian food that they sell with is great but since we order off the non Italian menu the food was not that great. Would definitely go back to try something else."
"So good we had to have it two nights in a row! Very very good Italian food with great service and lots of options. We ordered take out both times and all our food was fresh and tasted great. I highly recommend!"
"Our first time visiting. The waiter was nice but to busy to be very attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and clean. Food was nothing to write home about. Salad was the best part. Wings were wings, pizza was good but not much flavor. I had to send my meal back. The chicken parm was flat and cooked to a crisp. He took it off our bill but no offer of replacement or dessert. I ate some of my husband's pizza instead. We may consider going back if we are in town but would not drive from Bristol to eat there again."
"Awesome place! Food was incredible, calzones were gigantic and delicious. Pasta tasted authentic and great. Wait staff was super nice and helpful, service was prompt and direct. We loved it! Will definitely be back!"
