Barker's Drive-Thru

"Barkers used to be a great place for fresh food. You might have to wait a bit but usually worth it. For the last few years it been hit or miss. Sometimes you get good fresh made food and sometimes it looks throw together missing items. Today I got two baby burgers were they left off the sautéed onions and the patties were over cooked. It was also cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. This place has gone down hill. Me and my wife want eat there, if we stop it’s usually for my kids. They do have good food like their mashed potato’s, hamburger steaks but everything else needs fixing. Consistency is what this place lack, but luckily this one of the few places to eat up here. You don’t have much choice less you want to make a drive."

"Good food, but check your to go orders before you leave to make sure they are correct. Also, if there is a problem, don't email them because no one responds."

"Great food with fair pricing! Made to order so everything was fresh. Cheeseburger was perfectly cooked to perfection. Chili cheese fries were loaded! Fed our family of 4 for right under $30 which is hard to do now days. The owner even gave my 2 kiddos free ice cream cones. My 5 year old daughter said the Mac and cheese was “even gooder than the ice cream”. Visited while in the area for a football game, will definitely be back!"

"We stopped at Barker's after hiking at the Blue Hole, thinking we would just grab a snack, and we ended up adding a new favorite place to our list. We've been back several times since that day. The food is always consistent and delicious, and the staff is always super nice. If you are in the area, I highly recommend giving them a try!"

"This place was great! Really low-key joint on the side of the road, our group went on our way to white water rafting. We had very prompt service and while we were waiting the owner came and checked on us, and make sure we were taken care of. The staff was all super friendly, and the food was great! We absolutely will be coming back the next time we visit the area."
