"I am a 57yr old lady who is on a ssi check which is my only income i was in need of a dryer and I had been trying to find something that i could afford when I came across 4 Bees appliances in Newport Tennessee i spoke to the owner I'm sure his name is Jeremy and he sent me 4 different dryers and I asked him which is the best then he preceeded told me the dryer was 100.00 and asked me my address and if I had any steps I was honest about everything then he told me that that would be 130.00 for unit and delivery and set up he set up the time and that is the only thing he kept his word about the time..His delivery man brought the dryer in and tracked mud from the front door to the laundry room door the dryer was a older dryer and it was wider than the other he had to remove the door 15 screws with a power operated drill when he left I washed a load of clothes and you could never imagine the dryer didn't heat i called within a hour all I asked for is the dryer to be fixed, replaced or my money back i was told that he tested it before he loaded it and it was good if he came that would be a 50.00 service charge because it was on my end. At that time I told him I didn't have any more money and it wasn't my fault then he was the most disrespectful, rude, belittling, he talked to me and interrogated me like I was a criminal on trial for murder at that time he said it would be 50.00 for service call. And if he took it back another 50.00 plus 20.00 for extra labor. This is the first time I have ever been talked to and treated like a criminal trying to buy a dryer he is very much unprofessional so now I have lost my money and still have no dryer. If I can help someone else from going through and getting taken advantage of please read this and I have all the profe. Also you can report him to the better business bureau which i plan on doing also he told me that if I paid in cash that there wouldn't be any taxes to help me really Jeremy you did this helping yourself you don't want to pay irs which i plan to report this is enabarssing to say I was scared in my own home he said he would have his delivery guy come for the dryer and the remaining money. I live alone and I have big health issues and I feel like that I could be in danger please all of you elder on fixed income don't trust this place go anywhere. "I really hate to give anyone a negative review but I'm at the point where I don't know what to do anymore. Back in october, we asked for repair on our washing machine. They came out and looked at it and everything was given the green light. However, the same day the same problem persisted. I contacted them again and they thought the problem was that the washing machine needed new struts. So I paid $100 for struts and paid them more again to come and pick up the washing machine and replace the struts. They brought the thing back and it still didn't work. At this point I just decided that I think we needed another washing machine. By now we had several hundred dollars into this one and they offered another machine for $175. They brought it and it didn't work either. Then they told us that they had our other machine fixed so they asked if we would just like to have it back as an even exchange. So yes, they brought it back and of course, same problem as before. We have taken videos of what the machine is doing and now there has been no response for probably a month. Both my wife and I have texted him several times and still no response so I feel like this is my last resort. We have sunk almost $500 into this crazy washing machine and still don't have one that is working properly."
