"Do not do the online ship to store or curbside pickup. The experience was very disappointing. I did ship to store because it said I could pick up on Friday. I had someone who could install new shower hardware over the weekend. The order was not ready until Monday so now I will have to wait another week for the installation on my broken shower. Parked in curbside pickup and waited for 15 minutes and no one came out! Finally went inside and the employee was clueless about why no one came out."

"Trying to find out anything on the phone is near impossible. Called the pro desk and the phone rang for 10 straight minutes without answer. Finally got an associate after a second call to find out if they had 2x6x12’ treated boards in stock. First the guy said the have 64+ by looking, but then said they might be sold. He checked the computer and it said they have 41. Then seemed surprised that I wanted 70 boards. Poorly stocked on lumber and their inventory system and the website are totally inaccurate. Was here yesterday for plumbing parts and that section is totally disorganized. Nothing is in the correct bin. Worst Lowe’s I’ve been in. Many problems here. Time to start shopping at Home Depot I guess. Update: 8 months later and it’s worse. This store continues to be the worst Lowe’s ever. Went to buy lumber today and there were no lumber carts or carts of any kind available inside the store, which is fairly normal. Went out to the parking lot as usual to get one and none were in the racks. Went walking around the store and saw no less than 10 carts in the aisles just sitting stacked with stuff. Two aisles completely blocked by employees with forklifts sitting doing nothing. They just don’t care about customer service here because it’s the only home center and lumber store in town. If Home Depot opened a store nearby, this place would go under."
