"I have been out of the audio world for several years but I recently purchased a new vehicle and the audio components in it were probably the worst I have ever heard from a factory vehicle. So I began the search to see what improvements could be made. I started by visiting several stereo shops in the Tri-Cities area. I told them what I wanted, basically just a good sounding system with plenty of clean volume. I wasn't looking to win any contests etc., I feel everyone one of them tried to oversell me on items from the start I am talking $4000 - $5000 right from the beginning, gees really? I was about to just say forget it! Then I went to NMA and Chuck and Angie were the exception. They greeted me at the door like I had been coming there for 30 years and Chuck was the only one who actually gave me something on paper that was itemized showing the cost, parts, labor etc., Also Chuck's approach was first to listen to what was currently in the vehicle and then make suggestions in incremental steps until we found what I was happy with. Chuck was always open to listen to what MY ears were hearing and together he and I found the right combination of components. We did have to make a few changes along the way and Chuck and Angie were extremely accommodating to work on my vehicle when it was convenient for me. Also my vehicle was returned to me clean and all installations were neatly done with attention to detail. When I picked the vehicle up Chuck would always go over everything at the vehicle and take a listen with me inside the vehicle to see what my thoughts were. NMA is the place to go for all your car stereo needs! P.S. They also tinted my windows and did a wonderfully clean job!"

"I had my old factory system replaced at North Main Customs They installed a new radio, speakers, subwoofer, amp, and a back-up camera on my 2013 Jeep wrangler. Chuck actually took the time to take me to work that morning and kept me updated through out the day on the progress. He also canceled a personal appointment at 4:30pm in order to go over everything with me because I was running late. North Main Audio Customs will be the only place I will be taking any of my vehicles going forward. I have used other installers and Chuck and his team exceeded my expectations. A lot of installers that I have used previously would leave your car a mess in and out after they worked on it. Not Chuck and his team. They had everything neat, and even vacuumed out the interior. Honestly the best installers I have ever used period! Great Job Chuck!"

"As far as workmanship and attention to detail they did a good job of installing a radio and speakers in my motorhome. But, without asking for approval to do so they fired up my generator and a/c to work in my motorhome on a day it was in the low 80’s! They took a risk of damaging a generator and a/c that could have cost $8,000 to $10,000 to replace if something didn’t go well instead of opening the windows and using a shop fan! You never take it upon yourself to run someones equipment for Your convenience just because it’s there!!!"

"It's a nice place! still I haven't been in that store in probably 20 years and it still looks the same, only difference, it's got a lot more pricey!! 2 speakers for the same price I paid back in the day for 2 bigger speakers a really big amp and a custom built sealed box installed in the Saturn I used to own. Yes I know you pay for quality and over the past 20 something years prices have gone up quite a bit. But 4 times the amount as most other places. It's not like I'm getting a complete system, box subs, amps, and head unit,,, just wow"
