He had to search for the note, that said they didn’t have it, on his messy desk and he laughed. Unorganized and couldn’t care less about other people’s time and money. Don’t waste your time or money on gas. Horrible business ethic."

"I'll give 3 stars for the simple fact that they USUALLY have the parts I need , notice the emphasis on usually. However, getting the employees there to do their job seems to be a problem at least from what I can tell. I've seen the manager or owner or whatever he is , tell his guys ' I need you to go down and get this or that part "and they look at him with a blank stare and then continue on with their conversation as if he hasn't even said anything to them. so as far as that goes, I would fire every one of them and start with an entire new crew. Pay raises night be required but it would be worth it if they actually did their job."

"We called multiple times asking for a part, they stated they would call back. When we didn’t get a call back we called them, we had to call 4 times and never were able to get a answer from them on if they had the right part or not. We stopped by and they barely acknowledged we were there then were confused about the part we had asked for. Staff was not knowledgeable, and were rude, behaved as if we should be grateful to pay them for the part. they told us to go else where to get our part and we are glad we did, better price better quality part and shorter drive with better service."
