"Bought a New battery for my car, and noticed that it wasn't holding the charge. Kept having to charge it. Took the car to Kykers and they tested the battery and said it was the battery. So I took it back to Advanced and they gave me another New battery. No hassles, installed it. Happy customer."
"They have put my cell phone number in there computer the last 5 times I have went there and I be a $^@&#& f=?*÷&^÷ if I didn't go again and they said they didn't have my number in system did I want to open an account but with what I've spent since last time they still had my info right they saved prob 60 bucks maby more in not having to give me any the speed perks maby that's there way of trying to catch up to inflation but I'm about to start going to O'Reillys they never have lost my info"

"6 Years ago. Great customer service! "Megatron" was so kind and helpful. September 2023: Old man employee was rude and argued with me about windshield wipers being different a connecting system, yet they had the exact same of the ones I did not want. I managed to find the ones I actually wanted on my own after he got mad at me, I guess and went to the back of the store. Lexi rang them up installed them for me and was very helpful."
