"It took a long time to get my food considering there was one car in the drive through ahead of me. When my food was ready the individual handing out the food seemed uncertain if my food order was ready as he went to pass me my bag, we suddenly stopped and took it back to the line. He started asking questions and my food was inspected. After several more minutes me bag was handed back to me with nothing altered as far as I could tell. Ordered a double stack with no ketchup add mayo, and a 10 piece spicy nugget with bbq. We were given regular nuggets."

"Female night manager is rude. Stood there and ignored me for several minutes while she spoke with other customers and put paper on trays. Had to wait for someone in the back to acknowledge my existence to take my order. When other employee said "hey you have a customer she rolled her eyes". Another night I order a 4 piece kids meal which took 30 minutes. She slammed food into bag after asking why we were still standing there."

"Had the new loaded nacho burger with the queso fries and they were surprisingly good. I would definitely try it again I think it needs more spice though I. Thought the jalapeno bun would be spicy but it really wasn't."

"The food wasn't' terrible, but the service in drive thru was AWFUL. The first kid acted like we were interrupting his snapping and was outright rude and the woman at the second window was fast and efficient but again we seemed to be bothering her. I thought fast food was supposed to be service with a smile? Not at this Wendy's that is for sure."

"Went through drive thru at approximately 415 pm. My burgers with coupon was 5.69 by one get one for 1.00. That totals 6.69. The tax should have been no more than .67 cents at the most. That equals 7.36. They charged me 8.44. When I told the girl that gave me my food at the second window that I was overcharged and told her to look at the ticket,she barely looked at it and said the total was right. I told her that it wasn't and pulled up to wait on my food. The guy on the register acted like he didn't know how to do the coupon, by his facial expressions, and the girl just acted like she didn't care. You need to show your employees how to count and how to take off coupon prices. I should have asked for the manager. It's just a dollar and some change, but the point is they ripped me off. How many others has that happened to? Next time I will go to the other Wendy's or some place else. I was going to this Wendy's 2to 3 times a week. I won't deal with idiots who don't care about their customers"
