"Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered at 7:24pm. Said it was gonna get here between 8:09-8:19pm. Didn’t say it was on its way until 8:38pm. Delivery driver almost gave our order to someone else who ordered on our road and said “it’s a good thing I looked at the boxes.” Pizza wasn’t even hot."

"DISGUSTING. One of those places you feel awful after eating. The pizza was cold, and so soggy it had the consistency of a bundle of wet paper towels and the staff is rude. Do not waste your money or time."

"I wouldn’t even give one star to start with but, I had to just to leave a review. I orders the cheese sticks and they were absolutely cremated.I had to throw them away. Then I call the store only to get a very rude lady telling me that I had to contact the delivery service and they only handled people that placed their order through them directly. When I asked if they cooked it and burnt it, they wouldn’t acknowledge it because it was ordered through Uber. She agreed. Now I pressed the button to speak to a manager so, if that’s the type of management who is supposed to lead by example, then Papa John’s should just close their doors. I will pay extra from now on somewhere else. Disgusting!!!!l If you contact their customer service, they are just as rude."

"It’s sad when they can’t put your sauces in a separate box and they mash them into your papadia. Such poor staff and management. They should have known better than to do that. And to top that off….. they forgot my 2 liter of Dr. Pepper. I know people get busy but that’s no reason for poor service!!!! I post ZERO stars. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!"
