"Been standing in the checkout line for 15 minutes waiting for assistance. There are at least 5 employees here and all in the back room. Never can understand why there are customers in your store, but no one to help. And why is everyone in the back room. Instead of on the sales floor helping your customers. Service industry since covid has really declined. No one cares about the customers. And food eating while helping people? Seriously?"
"The workers in this store are very rude. They don’t greet and African American and when you ask for help they act like they don’t hear you. Stand around talking to get other instead of checking on customers. When a white person walks in they get top notch service. I thought it was only me until another African American walked in and was not greeted. Only by one worker I think her name was Sarah. I thank her for doing that. And told her that the others ones needed to do the same thing."
"Just got home from taking my oldest to get new shoes- the staff here was amazing! They took their time with us, took the time to talk to my son (7) about what he wanted, and were so kind. If I could give more stars I would!"
