"I’m with several other one star reviews on here. Please stop acting like you’re doing customers a favor giving subpar customer service. First and last time I will be shopping “in person” at this location. I ordered online and bought another item while I was in there. Employee asked me the price “I saw it at online”. I then proceeded to pay the price “ I saw it at” only to return home and see it as a daily deal at $25 (not just online deal). Maybe she works on commission, but a little transparency goes a long way. I called and she said she didn’t have to, but would honor it. To make a long story short, I drove back up there to get the price I should have received in the first place. So if you asked what price you saw it at, do yourself a favor, check online while you’re in the store and go from there. You may be knowingly getting charged more. You’re better off going to competitor (plenty to choose from-Belk, Dillards, etc.) down the road for excellent customer service."

"I've been shopping Chico's for so long that my passport doesn't have a bar code. I tend to do a work wardrobe make over every few years and last December (2021) I was out doing just that. I had plenty of money and a real need for good help as I'm hard to fit. When I walked into the store, the sales people walked away. No one spoke to me. No one offered help I was in there for over 30 minutes. I will never stop foot in this store again. I can drive to Charlotte easily enough and find what I need."
