"my boyfriend and i were a little perplexed by the menu, as there didn’t look to be any mexican-inspired foods rather than a spanish omelette. it’s mainly american-inspired food. that was a let-down. the food itself was just alright. to be frank, it’s food you could easily make at home, but why not support a local business. no lemons for sweet teas or water, and the tea had a… strange taste. i had the jalapeño burger, my boyfriend had the patty melt. the burger could have been a lot more flavorful (as well as the patty melt) for paying $1.25 extra compared to the classic cheeseburger for a couple jalapeños. that didn’t make sense. the star of the show for the patty melt was the rye bread, wonderful touch! the fries were amazing after adding salt. the service was somewhat of standard. the girl was sweet, she didn’t bombard us, and gave us enough time to look over the menu. but, my boyfriend was never offered a refill after finishing his drink, yet the one other table behind us was offered one. overall, the restaurant is quaint and clean, obviously still very new, definitely has room to grow."

"The catfish is EXCELLENT! Crispy on the outside. Tender on the inside. Very large serving. I will most definately order this again. They were very busy but the order was ready quickly. The lady bagging the order for pickup was very conscientious. She checked the bags and made sure everything was there. This will probably be a weekly take home for us."
