"Clean store. Associates were folding and stocking but stopped as soon as we walked in. Karley was telling us about the jeans on sale. She picked them up and was telling us about the fit. She really knows her products. We’ve been to other stores at the mall and would prefer the associates at buckle any day!"

"I came into the store today around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. Working staff was friendly. I had purchased a pair of pants that were defective. After explaining the situation, Carly and her team were very professional and polite in assisting with accommodating me. Being a fairly new customer, this customer experience encouraged me to continue to choose this company. I did not express this to the staff (because of the the great customer service) however, I was ready to never buy anything from buckle again. Carly and her team more than made up for my bad product experience and I shall continue to shop at Buckle because the staff showed me that Buckle as a company, stands behind their products. Very good job, well done, and I am a happy customer. Thank you!"

"The customer service at this Buckle location is the best. I learned tonight I’ll not go to the Greensboro location again. I called in and Jay, the manager helped me over the phone and they all helped while in the store. I highly recommend this location!"

"This is one of mine and my husband's favorite places to shop! Not only for the clothing items, but for the people. I have really got to know several of the employees at this location when I was shopping for attire for my wedding. The store manager, Kendra, is always wonderful. She knows each of my family members by name and always makes time to come over and say hello. Cheyenne is also awesome!!"

"Always the friendliest staff to work with. They're not over bearing like most buckle employees have to be (understand they work off commission so that's why most are) This group is managed well and you can tell. Really love my time spent in this store - although my bank account truly hates it. My money is always well spent though!!"
