"Such an awesome little off the larger grid (but off the main highway) restaurant. The staff is awesome, the food is great for a home town diner, and I am getting to know the staff on the first name basis! The new owners are great! The best part is it is 5 minutes from the house and they never fail to make us happy on a whim when we need a quick bite! Good job Trails End!"

"We had 2 meals at the Trails End Grill. Dinner and Breakfast. So delicious. Biscuits and gravy were to die for and the French toast was awesome. Crazy Lady was the best waitress. Thank you for 2 great meals."

"Great breakfast! Everything was delicious. Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, blueberry (on the inside) pancakes, boneless porkloin, biscuits, gravy and even the sweet tea!!! Usually there's one or two items that are just OK or even bad. EVERYTHING was GREAT. I travel North and South Carolina and eat breakfast at least 5 times a week in different cities. This was absolutely one of the best breakfasts I've eaten. Price was very fair and reasonable. The place is small with regulars but everybody was nice and welcoming. Staff was very friendly! I will go back when I'm in the area. Thank you Trails End"

"We ate here after hiking Grindstone at Pilot. We ordered Wednesday special meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli casserole. Could not have fixed it better at home. Friendly and efficient staff. We will be back!"

"This restaurant didn't have all the items from the menu found online so if you are looking for something particular it might not be available. My wife and I had hamburgers (handmade) and fries which were really good. This place is a good stop to grab some food to go before (or after) hiking Mount Pilot."
