"Very disappointing….. we travel from Charlotte to West Virginia often on this route and this location is about half way and a convenient stopping point. This is our 3rd trip in a few months due to family emergencies but we will no longer stop at this location. 3 times now there has been no pizza, no hot sandwiches, and no hotdogs on the rollers. 3 times! I asked the person stocking cigarettes and was told there would be no hot food today, I said “well your sign says baked fresh all day”. I was told “not today”. Also the bathrooms were filthy, with dirty diapers on the floor in the stall. We’ve tried this location 3 times and all 3 times we’ve left to go somewhere else. 3 times and we’re out. We will no longer waste our time."

"Wow, it sounds like they used to have some staffing problems or some customers are easily offended. I have not had any experience like that but if I did you can be sure the management would be informed. Anyway, the gas is boring because, well, it's gas...! What's NOT boring are the baked goods in the case, and the chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies they sell. They are big and not cheap but well worth the price IMO. And they have these self-service coffee machines with different types of coffee that change from time to time."

"This store needs a major clean out of there staff. Just bought gas and a drink get to the counter to pay and the girl is texting I stand there and wait till she acknowledges me standing there. She looks at me like I’m bothering her and then proceeds to ring my drink up and gas but she never said the total she rings it up and then turns and picks up the phone again. If you can’t find better people to work make it a self check out, it would be more polite than the cashiers. This used to be the only place I would do but no more."

"I was really disappointed in how I was spoken to at this gas station the other night. It was my first time as a customer, I will NOT be back. I typically drive to VA every Sunday to fill my tank for the week seeing as it is cheaper than NC. Upon arriving I swiped my card and was immediately prompted to lift nozzle and pump, with current cards changing over to chips I thought maybe it allowed to bypass of a pin code, I lifted the nozzle and I went on to pump. It went to $4 and stopped, so I swiped my card again and was prompted to enter my pin. Not thinking about it I continued to pump my gas, at about $16 pumped a store employee came outside and told me he had accidentally put someone else's gas on the wrong pump and that I would need to come in and pay $4 for this gas, at this point my pumping stopped and it wouldn't allow me to continue because I used all the money on my card. I had no problem in paying this four dollars but the way these employees handled this situation was rude. It was Sunday night a guy and girl working. They were yelling at me saying "what do you mean you don't have any more money? You HAVE to pay or you can't leave! Didn't you think to stop $4 short?" And so on. They questioned me as if this situation was my fault and it was NOT my fault. They were so rude a disrespectful, and you lost two customers (my bf goes there often to fill his truck) all over $4 your employees decided to talk to a hard working citizen likethey were dirt. The management should be ashamed."
