"The McDonald's here in Galax, just like our Walmart, are among the busiest on the East Coast. Expect long lines during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With that said, the Painter family has always been top notch, ensuring our McDonald's has friendly and knowledgeable staff. Keeping the lines flowing quickly and smoothly is a high priority. They also have a very high percentage of correct orders as I rarely have to go back in. Food is always arranged neatly and cooked correctly. Our McDonald's stands above most any I've visited around the country despite the really high customer volume. A++"

"I MADE A SMALL ORDER AND THEY GOT 4 OUT OF 5 SANDWICHES WRONG AND PROCEEDED TO TAKE MY ERRORED MEALS AND EAT THEM BEHIND THE COUNTER. I SAT AND WATCHED THIS HAPPEN AS I WAITED FOR MY CORRECT ORDER TO COME. AND CUSSED ME OUT WHILE I WAS ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED OR I WILL BE SUING !!! THERE WAS A ROACH LEG IN MY TEA"

"When ordering anything at this location the food needs the issues need to be edible . And made to eat it and not prepared by a child.the local owners name is on the wall they need to read all reviews of customer"

"Well with just a look at the food and how it’s prepared customers can tell that mc Donald’s workers don’t care about their job! Look at this deluxe quarter pounder and compare it to the picture on the menu! 6/6 update ordered 2 egg mc muffins and the ham tasted like leather, I used to love egg mc muffins but this store ruined that! Another visit to Mc Nasty for a friend! I ordered a Big Mac for her lunch and the sandwich had globs of sauce on both sides of the bread, so much that it was not edible! Next trip ordered Big Mac with light sauce and in a sarcastic move they put a spot of sauce the size of the tip of my pinky on it so I had to pull around and get a cup of sauce for it! Today my roommate decided she would buy breakfast, I ordered an egg McMuffin, hash brown and sausage McMuffin with egg. When I got home I realized they gave me a chicken biscuit so once again I drove all the way back to mc nasty they fixed the order and even added egg shell to my mc muffin! The workers don’t care enough to do their job right, the managers don’t care enough to make them do their job right and apparently the franchise owners don’t care enough to make the restaurant a good place for customers to have a good experience! It’s pretty stupid that they try to bribe you for a 5 star review!"
