"Came in for the night from Charlotte to see The Reeves theater. Did not disappoint !! The music, the sound were unbelievable. Great cafe and bar. This is worth the 1.15 min drive from Charlotte to sit in this old theater and listen to the bands."

"The Reeves is an excellent venue and an easy drive from Statesville. For our first visit, we decided to see Walter Trout, who is an incredible bluesman. The Walter Trout Band puts on a great show and they are very much worth seeing. However, the venue does much to enhance the experience. We decided to have a bite before the show made reservations at the Cafe. When we got there it was like the whole staff knew us, both at the entrance and at the counter. The food was perfect for before the show and certainly far better fare than the typical concert venue. Also, there was a great beverage selection. Staff also checked us in for the show while we were eating, and it was easy to gravitate to the theater. Seating in the theater was very comfortable and the sound amazing. The floor is at enough of a slope that you can see from wherever you sit on the main floor. That being said we always get as close as we can... We will be keeping an eye on the schedule and will be returning. Thanks!"

"Wow, what a great venue. Went there to see Presley Barker and really enjoyed the show. The cafe has a great selection of food and drinks (beer and wine), seats where very comfortable, overall a great experience."

"What a gem. After a storm knocked out power in the spring, we finally were able to attend a make-up concert at the theater. We loved being in the old theater, the acoustics were great."

"Food at the Reeves is a selection of salads or sandwiches, which is fine at lunch. But expecting a bit more flare for dinner before a show. My panini was okay - a little heavy, but I ate it all. I like the theater & shows, but next time we will partake dinner at another venue. Full service bar with tap drafts, wines and liquor. Restrooms are ADA accessible."
