Domino's Pizza

"So annoyed. Ordered pizza 25 min later finally says ready my son runs in to get it to be told they are working on it. So he comes back out and I go in to find out status as I have a crying baby and a toddler in the car and if was going to be much longer would need to run them home ans come back. So go In and say that being nice immediately the manager lady looks annoyed ans then tells me they are working on it now. I was like ok but I'm asking like is it in oven it's on table for toppings like just trying to figure out how much longer So I can figure out what to do. All annoyed she's like it's coming out of the oven so I walk back out. How about marking it correctly for the app instead of saying its done to make yall look better on time to corporate and people wouldnt have to ask! So my son's goes back in get the pizza we get home my hand tossed is wrong toppings and my thin crust is burnt so bad we didn't hardly eat it. So basically wasted $25 and 35 minutes to not even get full and make my kids something else for dinner. Not like I can even call and complain to the manager bc clearly she doesn't care about customer service at all. So moral of story check your food before you leave the store!!"

"The manger is mean and rude, he used fowl language st me and make is wait 7 min.after pickup time was stopped and yes I eared a free pizza but that in know way will ever fix the way my 6yr old grandson was made to feel !!! NEVER AGAIN HE SHOULD LOSS HIS JOB"

"We call in delivery orders quite often and the quality of the food is dropping along with wrong pizzas delivered is becoming more frequent. Latest order the cheese and toppings are tossed in the very center of the pizza with at least 2 inches of crust around the whole pizza. Looks like the pizza has a high forehead. May just have to go with Pizza Hut or papa johns from now on"

"Just ordered cheesy spinach bread (if that’s what you can call this burnt mess), salads (can’t mess those up), & wings. When we called to have them correct the order (hmmmm wondering how this made it through their supposed “quality” control) they wanted to give us a credit. Sorry but “NO”…we ordered food to eat not a credit which you can’t. It doesn’t take any intelligence whatsoever to know when is burnt & you definitely don’t deliver burnt to customers & think that’s ok."
