"I agree the store lacks greatly in customer service. I'm in the age group who has money and are very willing to spend lots of money on health products. If I walk into a store, especially a small business such as this one of which I know I will be paying much higher prices, I expect to have some sort of conversation and friendliness from staff. That does not exist in this store the few times I've been in the store. It's unfortunate but I will simply go back to online shopping. Mother earth is high priced and if you're going to have high prices you better have excellent customer service. I even asked twice for the manager to call me of which they never returned the call.....she was too busy. That also is very poor customer service. I suggest you hire people who know how to carry on a simple conversation. It's a very small store so it's not too busy that employees can't take a moment to be friendly. Good luck."

"Good staff, very friendly and not afraid to say "i don't know" rather than push for a sale that could be all wrong for someone. They are so nice to me. They will pull the items I need from the shelf and have them ready upfront so whoever I send to pick them up just tell them who theynare picking up for and they are done and out the door in mere minutes. Really helps for a lunch break pick up. No time wasted and leaves time to actually have lunch. I highly recommend this shop."

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE! You are purchasing at your own risk. If you like the feeling of yard sale and flea market shopping AND paying over retail, this place is for you. If want to shop at a place that will treat you like a valued customer, make the drive to Boone or Winston. I try real hard to support local business and I was thrilled to see this type of place so close to my home. It's very sad that they don't know how or care to run a decent business."
